- Phone number
- Links to your social media profiles (applications)
Purposes and legal bases
Your data is used to respond to your contact or quote request and to review your application (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to ensure the security of the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention and recipients
Contact data is kept for 3 years from the last exchange, and applications for 2 years. The data is intended for the teams of Wafia Agency and its subcontractors: OVH (hosting), Sentry (technical error monitoring) and Upstash (form protection). Some of them may be located outside the European Union, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to us at contact@wafia.fr.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.
